A £11 (£13.20 VAT included) handling fee per submission form applies to all submissions. All fees and maximum values are in pounds. If you request that your coins be shipped to NGC in the USA for grading, fees include round trip shipping and insurance between NGC's London office and NGC's headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
Occasionally there may be a delay on world coins as extra research is required on more esoteric items. A £4 (£4.80 VAT included) fee per collectible will apply if a complete description (including the appropriate catalog number for most tokens and medals) is not provided.

Turnaround times vary based on volume and the amount of research required. Turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed.
For non-bulk submissions, the maximum number of coins per submission form is 50. Use multiple submission forms as needed. For bulk submissions, the minimum number of coins per submission form is 100 and the maximum is 200.

If NCS believes that conservation will not benefit a coin submitted under the NCS Gold tier, it will be transferred to NGC for grading and only the NGC grading fees will apply.

All uncertified US or world coins struck 1965 to present (except patterns, die trials, etc.), or uncertified US or world tokens and medals struck 1990 to present, both private and official, except coins, tokens and medals that require an NGC Oversize Holder (over 45 mm). Maximum value £2,000 per coin. Fee includes NCS conservation only. Also select an applicable NGC grading tier. NGC grading fees additional. If NCS believes that conservation will not benefit a coin submitted under the NCS Modern tier, it will be transferred to NGC for grading and only the NGC grading fees will apply.
